I went to the airport in NJ, and the WiFi was at cost. I ignored it, and was unhappy. In Japan, the WiFi was free. I was happy. In the Philippines, the WiFi was free, and I was happy.
WiFi is such a small thing, but opens the door to so much. On many occasions, I ate at the restaurant that offered free WiFi, even if the price may have been higher/selection was less. I will never choose a place that sells WiFi over one that does not offer it; offer it for free and you pretty much have my business locked up already.

If we look at how many people read this article, and that their takeaway was that MARY KAY uses yahoo email, clearly, Mary Kay has the winning hand. Even these morons, who I assume aren't in a hurry, aren't drawing the correct conclusions from what they see before their eyes.

Except for the fact that the Obama poster was *also* transformative, so the issue isn't whether Manny's pic was transformative, or whether Mike summarily dismissed him, but whether or not transformative works should be hamstrung by copyright. If you signed a contract stating it was ok for them to randomly hyperlink to kiddie porn and hate crime inciting propaganda, would they be able to show that contract to a judge and make it all ok?
I am not saying Mary Kay is right, but they are arguing that Yahoo is infringing on THEIR trademark, not YOUR email.
And you missed mine. ILLEGAL CONTRACTS ARE UNENFORCEABLE. A little bit illegal is like a little bit pregnant. Which means Yahoo could not hide behind the contract if it was illegal, they couldn't even hide behind the contract if it was just enforceable.

Illegal contracts are unenforceable. Signing up to an email service that sent Jimmy Bones to your house to slap your wife if you didn't click these stupid hyperlinks would get that provider in a bunch of trouble after the very first assault on your Mrs.
Sure I would, if it meant that I could get anything I wanted shipped to me for free, and could send all the overnight express delivery packages I wanted, for free, and it was only machines and never people doing the opening, and I AGREED to the service.

Actually, most municpalities have maximum AND minimum speed restrictions. Drive 15 miles an hour on the freeway and see what the cops think if you don't believe me.
He's wrong. You neglect to realize that people buy bottled water because they've been given a reason to buy. It took time, and money, and a whole lot of marketing/scaremongering, but the effort was undertaken, and we all know the results.
